Home Hub were brilliant!I’d been having so many problems with my internet and sky dropping out. Sky Engineers were called out multiple times not knowing how to resolve my problem. In a last ditched attempt to sort things, I came across this company. From the moment they knocked on the door I knew they would sort things out. They are so knowledgeable but able to explain things in layman’s terms, plus as an added bonus they’re clean and tidy. 100% recommended. Since they’ve been I’ve had no issues whatsoever. They are great!
The team were very helpful and knowledgeable. We have a 3 storey Victorian house and needed help with our internet and security systems. The team sorted all the cables, took care of the interiors and made good the walls with a registered builder. You wouldn’t have known they’d been! It’s very handy being able to get notifications on my phone from the cameras and our internet reaches all the way to the top floor now!
We called HomeHub after Virgin couldn't provide us with a stable internet connection. The engineer arrived on time and installed a mesh wifi system. The kids now have internet around the house, the wife can watch netflix in the garden and i can play the xbox. Would recommend HomeHub. 5 stars!
Great job, very knowledgeable in helping to design a solution which gave me total confidence in looking after my elderly relative, allowing them to stay at home when the only other option available was to put them in a care home. The total upside of this companies product is to give elderly relatives an opportunity to stay in the comfort of their own homes as long as reasonably possible with continuous monitoring to alert if there is any change in their daily actives.
I recently called home hub smart solutions with a query I had regarding my current tv, (I am not tech savvy at all) within minutes my connection problems were sorted thanks to the teams easy to follow instructions. I will definitely be using them moving forward for any instals, upgrades or technical problems around my home.
